TKS is awesome! I can appreciate their care in walking me through Internet services as I am not tech savvy. They have always responded to my basic questions with patience and proper instruction. I am especially happy with Frau Chin. She has assisted me when she was at Sembach, down at Ramstein and over the phone. I recently moved and she was most helpful in assisting me in extending my plan in order to deal with living in an internet dead zone. Kudos to her!

UPDATE (19.07.2022): Still no call back from a TKS supervisor/manager regarding my ongoing internet issues. The CSR takes the request to talk with a supervisor and it goes into the abyss--nobody ever calls back...UPDATE (18.07.2022): I tried to speak with a manager or supervisor about my ongoing issues since somebody there asked for a chance to work the problem. They are not returning my calls--this proves my point that these people do not care about their customers. Go elsewhere!

Christos was an awesome help and works really hard! He solved many customers issues, and helped me pick a great gift for my girlfriend! I enjoy working with TKS because of people like Christos at the Stuttgart location!

Sehr schlechter Service! Problem mit dem IPTV, die Mitarbeiter haben 3 mal hintereinander während des Telefonats aufgelegt weil sie keine Lust hatten und eine Lösung kam immernoch nicht zustande. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Eric Reithenbach is a customer service representative at this TKS and he did a wonderful job helping me reactivate my old German number after I had moved from Germany. I was unable to access an account tied to that number and he tracked my case for over four months to ensure I was able to reactivate it so I could re-gain access to that account. Thank you, Eric, for your wonderful customer service.

TKS doesn't even deserve ONE star. The absolute WORST in Rhineland-Palatinate. Techs have no knowledge about ANYTHING. Customer service reps are dishonest. Just all around worst at EVERYTHING. Dish TV is going to be the choice going forward. I would NEVER EVER recommend TKS to anyone, for any reason at anytime. WORST WORST WORST.

This rating is for our TKS shop at the Panzer Main Exchange in Stuttgart. The staff there, particularly the manager, Christos, were so helpful when I needed to have internet between the time I moved into my new house and when the technician could come out to activate the phone line. I've been with TKS for close to 20 years, so when I came in with my problem, it was nice to hear Christos say their job was to take care of well established customers just as much as it was to take care of new ones. Wonderful! Thankfully, I had a very easy transition into my new house--thanks to Christos!

Ich habe eben eine super tolle Erfahrung mit einer TKS Miatarbeiterin Namens Jennifer gemacht. Ich wollte nur meine Rechnung über das Telefon bezahlen und dabei hat sie mich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich derzeit gratis zu einem besseren und günstigeren Tarif wechseln kann. Hätte sie nicht machen müssen, hat sie aber. Geosses Dankeschön an Jennifer!
