The worst customer service I have ever met. You know how important is the inspection system in production. I was waiting from 14.5. to 21.6. to get my repaired camera, but from this time only 14 days!!! they just wait to check the payment, because of lazy accounant? Every time I asked, answer was they waiting for payment... Ridiculous.

Evidently the service department never checks voice mails or does not delete them after listening to them. Also when you dial 0 to get an operator you're sent to yet another voice mail that never returns your call.Very disappointed !
