Hello everyone,hmm I have mixed feelings about this service: if u leave them your cannondale fork, they probably do their best to get your stuff serviced with high quality, prices are not higher then other places, contact and communication are good but last time what happened to me is that they somehow lost my precious fork part and simply told me that they can't do anything about it" which for me is unacceptable - i'm sure u have also in german special word(s) for such an action. So simply discard their services or do photos before sending your package to them to not be surprised as I am."
