I have been using this site for 10+ years, no issues so far. The UI is a bit outdated, but it works. I understand, why it gets so many bad reviews, it's hard controlling a USED CARD marketplace. My biggest complain is the extra paypal fees. I really wish they implemented a system, where you can just pay by card with no additional fees. For now, we have to wait a day or two for payment to arrive. I never had a bad case with a seller. 8/10

Terrible company with terrible customer service. They's been holding my money hostage for nearly a month claiming my details are invalid but not permitting me to change them. Rather they want me to submit valid ID" without providing any explanation what that is. Unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour by a company like this should not be allowed."

Guter Ort,um Karten zu guten Preisen zu bekommen und toller Kundensupport, ich hatte bis jetzt noch nie Probleme!Und 91% auf Trustpilot sagt wohl auch alles bei über 2000 Bewertungen :D

Ganz schlimmer Verein. Der Support ist wirklich wie auch andere hier Beschreiben der schlechteste den ich je in mein Leben erlebt habe. Sie nutzen voll und ganz ihre Monopolstellung aus und Verkäufer haben sehr oft das nachsehen. Anfangs kann es gut laufen aber lasst euch gesagt sein das der Tag kommen wird wo ihr Cardmarket und den Support nur noch den Untergang ihrer Firma wünscht und das ein besseres Unternehmen mit echten und guten Support Cardmarket ein für alle mal in die Vergessenheit katapultiert.

Absolut unseriös. Zum Zahlen muss das Cardmarket Konto aufgefüllt werden. Das kann man manuell machen per Überweisung mit 2-3 Tagen zusätzlicher Wartezeit, oder direkt per Paypal oder Klarna, aber das kostet natürlich extra, und zwar prozentual. Schikane nennt man das glaube ich. Diese ganze Szene inklusive WOTC läuft so am Leben vorbei mittlerweile, dass Wish Proxys vermutlich der way-to-go sind.

Their support team seemed disinterested and unhelpful, showing a complete disregard for my concerns. It's disheartening to receive such a dismissive attitude when seeking assistance with a problem.Furthermore, Cardmarket's website interface was incredibly clunky and outdated. Navigating through their platform was a cumbersome and time-consuming ordeal. The search function was far from efficient, often yielding irrelevant or inaccurate results. It felt like using a relic from a bygone era, with no effort made to improve the user experience.Adding to my frustration, the condition of the items I received from Cardmarket was subpar. Despite their claims of offering high-quality products, what I received fell significantly short of expectations. The cards were visibly damaged, with noticeable creases and scratches, rendering them almost unusable. It was clear that little care had been taken to ensure the accuracy of the product descriptions or the quality of the items being sold.To make matters worse, the shipping and packaging were utterly inadequate. The items arrived in flimsy packaging that provided minimal protection. As a result, the cards were further damaged during transit. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on items, only to receive them in a condition that makes them practically worthless.Overall, my experience with Cardmarket was nothing short of a nightmare. Their customer support was unresponsive, their website was clunky and outdated, the quality of the items was disappointing, and the shipping and packaging were insufficient. I would strongly advise others to explore alternative platforms for their trading card needs. Cardmarket has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy, leaving me feeling deeply dissatisfied with my entire experience.

Als ich mich 2023 auf der Seite angemeldet hatte, waren meine ersten Eindrücke gut: die Verkäufer waren zuverlässig, die Ware wie beschrieben. die Abwicklung verlief auch reibungslos.Dann aber im Juni 2023 die Nachricht: Dein Cardmarket-Konto wurde geschlossen. Ohne Vorankündigung, einfach eine Mail, in der man mir freundlich für meine Mitgliedschaft dankt.Ich war völlig ratlos und habe den Kundensupport angeschrieben, weshalb mein Konto gelöscht wurde. Dort wurde mit mitgeteilt, dass es wohl ein Konto mit sehr ähnlichen Daten gibt und zwei Account nicht erlaubt sind. Ich besitze kein zweites Konto und selbst auf den Hinweis, dass es wohl aus 2010 noch existieren soll, wurde ich nicht schlau. Im übrigen sei erwähnt, dass mein Vor- und Nachname beide sehr häufig in Deutschland vorkommen, es also nicht abwegig ist, dass es eine andere Person mit diesem Namen in meiner Heimatstadt gibt.Es wurde dann per Mail eine Ausweiskopie angefordert, die ich natürlich nicht einfach so übersende! Wichtige Dokumente sendet man nicht einfach per Mail.Im Ergebnis wurde mein Guthaben - zum Glück nur sehr gering - auf diesen anderen, mir fremden Account übertragen und ich stehe ohne Account da. Nie wieder auf dieser Website, mein Vertrauen ist völlig zerstört. Mein Tipp: Behaltet nie zu viel Guthaben auf den Konten, sonst ist es womöglich weg - an einen Account mit nahezu identischen" Daten."

Really bad experience as a seller (and buyer too), they block you for every stupid thing without warning you and resolve the problem.without giving any support to a seller or treat with respect. The customer service is really bad and peevish there is always a sense of challenge and everytime you have the fear of beeing blocked or just not beeing well served in solving a problem. The customer is the god, but is not in my case too, i bought a card that was suspicious fake from a seller with 0 reviews and they just said: for us is ok: ahaahha . I'm a seller with more then 400 review and i know the card, how can they just say : ok is good if they don't see the card? The italian customer service is really really bad!! matteo and Francesca , they don't help you in any case , you just lose your time with them . Really a shame, i dont know how can they survive.
