One month waiting for an appointment. For being 10 minutes late, the doctor from Physikalische und Rehabilitative Medizin refused to see me. I guess she is also 10 or even more minutes late every day for some reason. Still, she was not able to understand that. Sadly, after paying taxi to go there, I had to go back home without being seen. This shows the German sensitivity and consideration for people. When we do arrive earlier or on time, we have to wait for them sometimes for 30 minutes. They can't, but we must. I think it is time for people to understand their rights and complain.
