Our experience with Urban Ground was excellent, and we are very satisfied with the rented flat. However, we did encounter some difficulty with the building's lift, which was out of order for the majority of our stay. Given that our flat was located on the 6th floor, this posed a significant inconvenience. Despite this issue, we would still recommend Urban Ground and would be open to renting from them again in the future.

On two separate occasions, I have rented apartments in Berlin through UG and have been thoroughly impressed with their level of cleanliness and quality. My most recent rental was for a period of 10 months from April to December 2022 and was located in an excellent neighborhood with all the necessary amenities. The apartment was situated on a quiet street, providing a peaceful living environment. Both the move-in and move-out processes were handled professionally and with ease.

I lived in one of their apartments for a year. Good agency with trustworthy and professional personnel. When you begin your rental, you will receive a full statement on the condition of the property and furniture, which will save you time and help you avoid problems. There was no problem with the security deposit, no problems receiving invoices, and they provided excellent help at all times. I'm sure I'll rent again with Urban Ground.

We were fortunate to make contact with Urban Ground only three days after landing in Berlin. When we called, their executive swiftly explained all flat options, and she also provided us with useful information regarding the process and financial implications of long-term renting in Berlin. She scheduled visits to possible apartments based on our feedback until we found one that matched our needs. They advised us to reserve the property by submitting a €100 deposit. Overall, Urban Ground performed admirably and professionally throughout the process.

Great service. I had a lot of problems locating a shared accommodation as an international student until I came to Urban Ground. Their support crew was excellent and extremely attentive, from assisting me in finding the right flat with everything I desired to providing advice on everything else. 10/10 In my opinion, Urban Ground is the best agency in Berlin.
