I have been training with Sam for a few months now and he is a great teacher! I have enjoyed learning more about the program and he is a friendly, accomodating, and hard working coach. I highly recommend trying a session with him because you never know when you will need to protect yourself. Your life is worth the training.

Had an amazing experience training with Sam. Learned how to behave in a dangerous situation and increase my reflexes for self defense. I can only recommend if you are looking for a new and unique martial art to learn.
