I received the machine with a huge defect. After numerous attempts to contact AFТ by emails and phone calls, during which Mr. Jens Rosenthal pretended not to understand me, he soon completely stopped answering my letters because apparently realized that solve my problem is very expensive for him. But the problem is not with me, I paid the money, but the problem is that the company has not checked the machine before shipping.After many of my publications in Google and Facebook with warnings, they called me and offered the simple and elegant solution, which almost completely solved the problem. During the conversation I realized that I bought refurbished Italian machine, and they did not even mention it before. I almost enjoy work, but after more than one year I suffered and could not fully use the machine.As usual, I had hoped that Mr. Jens Rosenthal, representing the company AFТ will offer me some kind of compensation in connection with my moral and material damage. But there were no proposals. Then I wrote him a letter asking to send me an item, the cost of which 50-60 euros. I did not want much, but this was the only what I really needed, and I believe that my request is acceptable. I had no answer. So once again I warn you all not to buy equipment from the AFТ.Oh, I almost forgot, after operating the machine for about 7-8 months an incomprehensible whistle appeared. I called technical support, but they found nothing. It seems to me that this is not fair for decent manufacturers. Do not repeat my mistakes. Hatte eine Maschine gekauft, bei der nach 1 Jahr und 3 Monaten der Motor des Exhaustors defekt war. Erst sollte lt. AFT der gesamte Motorgetauscht werden, wobei wir die Kosten zu tragen hätten (wohlgemerkt nach nicht mal 1,5 Jahren). Auf mein Betreiben hin haben wir im Betrieb den Anlaufkondensator aus- und eingebaut. Kosten für Kondensator im freien Handel 4,50 € und müssen jetzt 29,70 € an AFT zahlen. Kulanz sieht anders aus.
