I stayed for more than 3 years here and changed rooms once, it is a modern building with neat shared apartments, with facilities like basement bike storage and common room & nice reception area to hang out. Just 1 minute walking distance from the tram and 10 minutes walking distance from the airport, this is the perfect place for internationals and Germans alike who wish a pleasant stay in the wonderful city of Bremen. Really there is nothing to complain for here. Garbage bins are big and adequate, building is cleaned regularly, there is a large car garage with a remote key for opening the garage door, neighborhood is nice and the neighbours are friendly. Also the apartment manager Nora responds very quickly if you have any kind of problems with the apartment such as lights or kitchen appliances, or if you have any issues with rent or deposit. I made many friends while staying here that I will keep for the rest of my life. Thank you Nido!

Meine Zeit im Nido - Lilienthal Studio war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man so im Alltag benötigt und das zu einem super Preis. Auch wenn die Appartements schon etwas älter sind, bemüht sich das Team, in kürzester Zeit eventuelle Probleme zu beheben. Nora ist echt klasse und ich kann dieses Wohnheim nur empfehlen.

zeitnahe Rückzahlung der Kaution scheint für Nido Student ein Fremdwort zu sein,. Warte nunmehr über 6 Wochen und werde ständig vertröstet. Die Wohnung wurde berufsbedingt nur für kurze Zeit (4 Wochen) gemietet. Ohne juristische Schritte scheint es nicht zu gehen. Werde weiter berichten.Ergänzung: Kaution wurde zwischenzeitlich zurückerstattet.

After having lived 6 months in the Home & Co Bremen apartments, I must highlight some aspects that should be known before hiring this accommodation.First of all its location, it is located in an industrial area, near the airport, about 15 minutes by tram from the city center. For example, when I booked my room it was offered with a bookshelf inside it and a dining table in the kitchen. When I got there, there was no dining table and the bookshelf was in the kitchen, so it was intended for common use. When we asked the Administration about this detail, the answer was that each room was different and that the furniture distribution varied from one room to another. Likewise, the operation of the washing machines is quite deficient since they are payment devices and, on certain occasions, the coins were swallowed without giving the corresponding change. Also, there were failures in the electronic systems and it was necessary to constantly plug and unplug the appliances.Finally, the deposit refund system. Home & Co Bremen tries to use up the 6 month maximum period for refund, so you have to be prepared for it, it will not be an automatic refund when you leave the accommodation, even if there are no reasons (damage or defects) for such a retention. However, they are diligent for the collection of the monthly payment, the simple delay of one day is already a reason for notice and threat of suspension of the contract.From the above and from my experience, I think that Home & Co Bremen is an accommodation option to consider in Bremen, but it has many aspects to improve.

For the very first time I moved to Germany, I lived here. I booked business apartment for 6 months which looks great with a living room and bed room merged together, a nice dedicated kitchen with heating plates, microwave and a dishwasher. A big ventilated window facing the back road of the apartment with a cool balcony.Nora, who is the manager of this building takes really good care and a kind person. She helps a lot, especially when I first moved during the check-in and any help during the stay here.You will meet some good people here and hangout for a talk and some drinks if you make friends ;)Overall great experience.Cheers, NIDO.

I stayed at Nido student for almost a year. The management personnel are too friendly and helpful. The people staying there were also kind and friendly. Rooms could be somewhat small but you have the option to stay in bigger rooms if you want. The prices are convenient.Negative points might be the housemates who are sometimes not clean or organised. The internet is also sometimes not good.In general, for such prices, I think it was a nice place to stay in.

This Apartment is Calm and has a wonderful atmosphere. Easy to socialize with neighbours. It is very close to the Bremen airport and has many good restaurants near by and the city centre is just 15 mins away. The manager, Nora was very cooperative and helps you out if any issues. Overall I had a very pleasant stay.

My experience at Nido was awesome. Nothing to complain about. The rooms are also pretty nice and spacious. The check in and check out processes are extremely smooth. Nora – the one in charge – is super helpful and always there if you need anything. I recommend it and would recommend it to anyone interested definitely.
