They Resold My Tickets to Someone ElseI booked my ticked three days in advance. The day before my trip to Paris i got an email that my tickets were canceled and my trip was changed. When I saw the actual trip, one seat was still available for three times the price. The trip did take place, but I was moved to another Bus with additional wait time and an extra change, and I had to cancel the events I had booked and lost a lot as a result. When I called them, they did not make arrangements. They denied it all.

Not easy to find and there are no facilities to wait in. Apart from a small shop where u can warm yourself while wait for the bus.
