Good but don't go to the koblenz main station (hauptbahnoft)!! There is no car rental there eventhough google maps says that. You have to go to the one north of the river.

Sprachlos!Auto mit Automatik online reserviert, dann am buchungstag kein Auto verfügbar und dann wollte europcar noch 50 Euro Stornierungskosten ?Früher nannte man so etwas Piraten!!!

am Telefon bekommt man die Auskunft, dass ausreichend Fahrzeuge da sind um dann vor Ort zu erfahren, dass alle Fahrzeuge weg sind.

Ich machte eine Reservierung, aber als ich das Auto abholen wollte, hörte ich, dass es kein Auto gab. Es ist eine sehr lächerliche und unhöfliche Firma. Und wenn ich erneut telefoniere, um zu protestieren, erhalten sie nie einen Anruf. Ich werde sie bei der Verbraucherschutzbehörde registrieren.

We were scheduled to return the car at the Koblenz railway station (we picked it up elsewhere). It took us forever to figure out how - calling the company wasn't helpful. We had to park in the underground parking lot for the train station and then bring the key to the ticket box inside - Counters 1-5 barely marked as the car rental return area. Nobody told us Europcar doesn't have an office there or how to drop off. An hour and a half of very frustrating wasted vacation time.

There is no Europcar office at the Koblenz railway station. They can deliver your car to the railway station but it is not the same. This additional service will cost you 24.90% of the rental price and you will pick up your car from the DB tourist office.
