Super Lage, schöne Wohnung

Kann nur das allerbeste berichten: Wir sind seit 2008 Stammgäste, kommen immer wieder sehr gerne in die Brücknerstraße, immer sauber, sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir verstehen uns mit den Vermietern super gut (nett, direkt, ehrlich, bemüht, ....), Playmobil-Funpark, Zirndorf Zentrum, aber auch andere fränkische Highlights wie Nürnberg, Bamberg, fränkische Schweiz, Bad WIndsheim, .... in der Nähe - unbedingt empfehlenswert!

A really nice place to spend some time. The flats are well maintained and the kitchen has everything what you need for cooking . Also I must mention that the internet connection works very nice. One more thing, the cleaning lady is doing her job extremely well.

I booked a stay at Andrea Kiel apartments on 11 September 2018, however Andrea made the mistake of double-booking the apartment and left me to suffer the consequences. A minimum rating is a blessing compared to what this establishment deserves.Late check-in was arranged which I have record of. After being dropped off by a taxi, I was unable to enter the apartment as previously arranged as it was already occupied. I waited in the cold outside the main entrance for 2 hours ringing the phone and the doorbells continuously. I heard the doorbells as well as Andrea’s phone ringing loudly inside the premises. It was obvious to me at this point that I was being intentionally ignored due to the double booking.I suffered what seemed like hypothermia as a result of this incident. As the apartment is in a very remote part of town, I had to wait for a long time for a taxi to come and pick me up. I went without sleep that night and it took me some time to recover. I was also quite financially disadvantaged by this incident.Andrea Kiel Apartments have ignored all my correspondence since the incident. They do not want to even reimburse me for the night’s stay that I didn’t have, the taxi fares, or the expensive alternative accommodation that I had to book. I gave plenty of opportunity for this.If you value your time, your money, your health (including your sanity), then my advice would be to NOT consider booking this accommodation.
