I am quite happy with the online personal training. It is a comprehensive and thorough programme, very well structured and personalised, plus you get contact with these El Eggs and Sven, who give you advice and support whenever it's needed and are extremely professional. Just 5 weeks working out and I have been able to double the number of reps till failure in almost all exercises. Thanks!!

I purchased the Online Personal Training package and I am very satisfied with what I got! After having filled out and sent in the questionnaire I received my custom workout plan within just a couple of days. The plan felt well thought out, sensible, and very suitable for my (quite ambitious) goals. El Eggs is very professional and gave complete answers to the thoughts and questions I had in regards to my plan. I would say that with the OPT you get a lot of value for the money invested.

Signed up to the online coaching programme were I was asked to fill out a questionnaire about my current fitness level, training and injury history. I was asked a few questions from this information for them to get a better understanding of my background and within a week I had my training plan emailed to me. I’ve just completed my first 4 weeks which is pretty much all about building baseline strength to prepare my body for starting more complex calistenic movements and I can honestly say I’ve seen a huge difference already. I’ve taken photos to compare each month and the difference is noticeable already (even my girlfriend said a week ago she could tell the difference). My arms, shoulder/abs are a lot bigger/defined and the strength increase which I’ve gained during this short time has seen me almost doubled my pull-up PB. I would highly recommend this plan for anyone thinking about it. The plan is very thorough and correspondence through email with any questions or problems quick and prompt. I am about to start on the next part of the plan which I’m really excited about. Thank you to the guys who created this plan. I will update this review as my training progresses.

I received an amazing, thorough, and very complete custom program. The Cali Move team is very responsive and ready to help with any questions or obstacles you may run into. They have very extensive and deep knowledge of calisthenics. I would highly recommend their existing or custom packages. You won't regret it!!!

The OPT is worth every penny. I received my workout plan tailored to my goals within 24 hours of purchasing the program. The workout plan is very detailed and well thought out & put together. El Eggs is always quick to respond to any questions and is very professional. Excellent workout programs and instruction. Very detailed and in depth guides to not only what exercises will benefit you most, but also how to do them properly and how to prepare your body for the new types of activity. Cali Move designed an individual nutrition program for me.In doing so, my current condition, type, metabolism and schedule were taken into account.After a quick elaboration I was sent a very detailed plan and I was able to get a professional answer to my questions quickly and friendly.There is also a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, and I am impressed by this, because you want to know how the program works in the first few weeks and how you feel with it. Very positive.How the program works for me, I will see and report in the next weeks.

J'ai commencé avec le programme Mobility et quand j'ai vu la qualité et le suivit des exercices j'ai rapidement pris le programme 1 à 5 (le pack complet). Je suis vraiment satisfais, les programmes sont excellents et très bien suivit. La progression est adaptée à chacun. De plus les créateurs sont toujours disponible pour une question et répondent rapidement.J'ai également pris par la suite le programme nutrition. Il va sans dire qu'il est tout aussi bon.A recommander !

Cali Move made me an individual workout program and nutrition program. It was adapted to my needs and capacity, I had to fulfill several questionnaires and do some measurements. I am vegan and the nutrition program takes that into account. These are very serious professionals, always responding your questions, giving feedback if you send videos. There are no fake promisses or 4 weeks 6 pack plans. Just solid and meticulous, consistent work.Their programs are challenging and put me completely out of my comfort zone, but they are also doable, building up progressively. These guys provide you lots of explanation and education around the program that you can take into account. In fact taking it into account is the most sensible thing, as all these details make also an important difference.I still reread their instructions on regular basis, it is very information dense.There are supporting videos too on how to perform the exercises.So if you are committe to learn how to workout and to build a stronger self, then you better work with these guys from Leipzig.
