Worst car rental ever. Got charged a damage handling fee" of 32.00 EUR for a scratch that I did NOT do and while I had taken full insurance policy that I paid for taking the car. At check-out they go around the car in less than a minute and have you sign a paper in the dark garage with all damages. At check-in

I shall have been booked a car which should cost 50 eu but ended up paying 100 for an upgraded car, almost without my choice.The car I got was not full tanked so I went to the guy and told hem that. When I returned it i fully tanked it and he said you will get free upgrade next time.The salesman guy I thing his name is Manu was super-nice anyway

Pointing at a rule from 1968, they refused to rent a car to us as we didn't carry IDP.Neither Expedia nor Enterprise mentioned this in last 4 months after booking. Can't find such a rule on Enterprise site. Wasted my morning be aware.Hertz will rent you a car on USA driving license, no problem there..

The company not deserving even 1 star. Very bad quality of service , giving tonnes of paperwork operations which is not exist in other companies and surprising rules. If you want to throw your money and time into trash ; you are in trues adress. Just try to hire a car let them make your travel disgusting.

Beware if you don't have an EU driver license or an AAA international driver license. The clerk at the counter peddles international driver license verification website, and won't let you rent a car if you don't purchase that verification.

Booked a car with Enterprise online for pickup at this location. Kamil was very helpful and professional and answered all my questions. The car given was a hybrid and was in good condition. No problems at all with the whole process

NEVER rent a car with these people. I left my vest (with home key in one of the pockets) inside the car, call them one hour later and explain that I really needed their help to get it back. Response (after 20 follow up calls) was: “We didn’t find anything in the car”. I’m 110% sure that it was there.Dishonest staff, specially the cleaning crew. You better don’t rent a car seat it’s them. VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE.After 20 years of being an Emerald member, I’ll never rent a car with them again. Poor response, bad customer service.

Warning to American renters: this location is a franchise who is scamming renters.Despite the enterprise website explicitly stating that an international drivers license is not needed (and other rental services happy to offer a car) the man at the counter will claim you need one.Despite you showing the policy online, he will try to force you to go to a website he has printed out to pay for an ‘expedited international license’. I did not do this as another agency was happy to help me.This location is scamming people into paying for this extra service. I called enterprise corporate to warn them, and they did nothing.Shame on enterprise for putting their name on this location.

Ich habe bei Enterprise/National am Flughafen Wien über die Jahre schon oft gebucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer höflich, freundlich, und tun ihr bestes, um einem alles wesentliche zu erklären. Ich hatte noch nie Probleme bei der Abholung, etwa, dass mir ein Schaden untergejubelt wurde, oder ein Auto schmutzig gewesen wäre.Generell hat man ja bei Mietwagenfirmen als Mieter oft das Gefühl, dass man „im Nachteil“ ist, aber hier habe ich das gute Gefühl, dass die Firma eine von den guten ist.Ich empfehle, hier zu mieten!Und ab und an freuen sich die Mitarbeiter etwa über eine Packung Schokobananen, weil sie nicht immer mit freundlichen und geduldigen Kunden zu tun haben.
