Allgemeinmedizinische Praxis Am Homburg

Super Praxis, sehr kompetente Beratung, guter online Service. Ich bin nicht oft krank, aber wenn, dann fühle ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Da meine alte Hausarzt Praxis schließen musste, habe ich mich für die Praxis am Homburg" entscheiden.Bisher habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht

Seit 5 oder 6 Jahren bin ich als Patient bei der Praxis Am Homburg. Immer wieder schlechte Erfahrungen gehabt. Die Ärztin ist ungeduldig, die Sekretärin ist genauso, aber auch manchmal unhöflich. Gewechselt!

Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Praxis. Frau Dr. Kotro nimmt sich Zeit und erklärt sehr verständlich. Das Praxispersonal ist freundlich und am telefon sehr hilfsbereit. Wieso es hier zu negativen Bewertungen kommt, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.

Dr. Claudia Müller is a great doctor! she’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. she takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a specialist.

Dr Claudia Müller is a real gem! I am so lucky to have been her patient during my time here in Saarbrücken.Dr Müller is a very kind-hearted, ultra-talented, and generous soul. She patiently listens to my ailments, and either refers me to a specialist or gives me prescription for medicines. Sometimes I also make requests specific medicines (of course to treat some problem), and Dr Müller has never disappointed me or unreasonably dismissed my requests.Simply stated, when I am in the practice, I know I can trust Dr Müller and her MFAs. The relationship of trust with your health care provider is of utmost importance and goes on the top of the list along competence.As an end note, I would like to mention that her MFAs are friendly and very helpful. I am fully satisfied with my doctor and her team.(Sometimes I have had to wait for a bit long to see the doctor, but that is not entirely controllable by the practice...)

Ich war bereits des Öfteren bei dieser Praxis Die Ärzte sind recht kompetent und freundlich. Das gleiche kann ich leider nicht von den (meisten) Arzthelferinnen behaupten.Ich habe absolutes Verständnis für Personalmangel und der damit einhergehende Stress für die Praxis. Jedoch kann ich von jeder Arzthelferin eine gewisse Grundfreundlichkeit erwarten.Aus diesem Grund nur zwei Sterne.
