Fire the guy who sits on the phone if you want to earn some $$$$, this guy is fully incomenent, rude and has 0 customer service skills. I haven't heard things like that in a while. And all I was trying is just to set an appointment for vehicle service.

While I’m sure the remainder of the staff is fine, they got us in and out no problem. Johnny at the front desk is a nightmare to deal with. He is incredibly rude.I went in to make an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, on a Wednesday, because of course the phone line was busy all morning. Was told by Johnny and another staff member to come back on Saturday at 9:30. My husband went because I didn’t want to deal with Johnny again. To be told that Saturday is for self service only. I will say they did get my car in for an oil change and told my husband to make an appointment again for the tire rotation. Which is what I tried to do in the first place!!! What is this logic? I’m so frustrated by the lack of information and helpfulness of this place.

Some of the employees there are great but the guy that answers the phones has got to go. He has zero customer service skills. This place is so unorganized they can't even make a simple appointment without it being super confusing or giving you the wrong info and calling you a liar. I'll never forget the time my car broke down and I called them for a tow and the old man laughed and said well you aint getting one today and hung up. Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else. I really want to like this place because some employees to great work and are very helpful but I'm having a really hard time accepting the poor customer service and knowing that I'm not the only one with this complaint but the owner continues to tolerate it.

The team there assisted me so well with maintenance on my old BMW I purchased to drive back and forth from home and work. Very clean facility, outstanding workers. I donated my car to them when I left so other Soldiers/civilians could repair their cars. Great facility!!

Used their service for our oil change. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The place does get busy even during the week. I recommend getting an appointment ahead of time if possible.

Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t have a reservation and still got a bay within 10-15 minutes.

Made a reservation to get an oil/brake fluid change and tire rotation done, but when I arrived, they only performed an oil change. At least the price was reasonable.I thought it odd that I didn't get any of the leftover oil I brought (bottle was 5L, car needed 3.2L). Turns out when I took it to my regular mechanic to get the rest of the work done, the saw that the oil level was significantly overfilled. The whole bottle got dumped in.Lesson learned: if you use this place, do your own work. Nice facility though.

I would like to personally thank Johnnie and Cooper for their patience and advice during my visit to the Auto Skills Center. I needed to have my brakes replaced, but all of the mechanics were scheduled for over a week. Johnny suggested that I replace my own brakes. I informed Johnny that I have never worked on my own brakes before and didn't think I could do it. Johnny looked me in the eye and said, You can do this
