Pilates Body Experience mit Rosiris Garrido
My favorite studio and Pilates instructor in Berlin. Rosiris works with individualised focus and makes sure you understand in detail the flow of the exercises. I leave each session with special attention to my posture and aware of the strength needed to keep a healthy and pleasurable week.
