Today I went to this pharmacy and asked for one Caudalie product which I have used it during a couple of months for occasional acne due to wearing face masks. They did not have that product. So I asked their suggestion for a similar product among the brands that they had. The senior lady told me you should visit a doctor to clarify the reason of your acne! She also told, that the products of the brands that they have are all (!) something different from the product which I asked for! My first point is that, you have not even asked the details of the Caudalie product. Caudalie has several products for acne. Then how you could realize there is not any similar product there?! If you do not want to suggest, tell it clearly but do not assume people without any understanding.My second point is that, the skin products of Caudalie, La Roche Posay, Eucerin, etc. are allowed to be sold without the treatment of doctor. By reading the list of ingredients, even non specialists can select the similar one from the different lines of products. This is also a service which farmacies provide with pleasure. If you are tired of checking even the ingredients, or if you do not know about them, clearly say I do not have enough desire or knowledge to search for similar product". Take the responsibility of the quality and quantity of the service you decide to provide instead of telling go to doctor."

Super nettes Personal, meine Stammapotheke. Normalerweise ist alles was ich brauche schon da, oder wird am selben Tag noch beschafft!

Total überteuert. Ich finde es mittlerweile eine Frechheit was für Preise da teilweise aufgerufen werden. Gegenüber guten deutschen online Apotheken teilweise über 50% teurer. Aber auch teurer gegenüber anderen Apotheken in Essen. Beispiel Thermocare 2 Pflaster in Essen Frohnhausen am Markt: 10€. Internet: 8,43€. Hier: knapp 13€. In Frohnhausen gab's noch einen 2€ Gutschein beim Kauf der nächsten Packung. Diese Apotheke nimmt aber an der Aktion nicht teil
