Unterbesetzter Laden mit überforderten Mitarbeiter. Keine Quittung bei Abgabe wenn man nicht deutlich darauf besteht. Wagen wurde nicht angenommen wegen Unterbesetzung. Sehr unzufriedenstellend.

Don't touch them with a stick, find a reputable dealer with on-site inspections prior to renting.The parking garage is off-site so staff cannot inspect the vehicle for existing defects with you, this means if you leave the lot with existing damages and happen to be the last user between their reporting then it's your issue; in my case the front window was chipped, the hazard switch was defective and there were significant scratches on the bonnet costing 1000+ EUR to repair; 5 month's after a 3-day hire I'm still getting letters and noticing bills for it!(I had full third-party insurance which covered all repair costs for a car that should have never been allowed on the road, I still hire with AVIS - the same company - just never here)
