I was communicating to Mattia and I didn't get a reply soon until I sent my question again and added the main office in a copy. Moreover, I needed translation from Lithuanian into German and they provided me service to translate my document into English first and after that into German (yes, I would have to pay for that extra). Additionally, I would have to pay extra for sending my translation into Germany when they already have an office in here and I could pick it up by myself. It is a notarized copy but is it such a problem to regulate it here in Germany instead of making customers pay for that? Disappointment and waste of time. I highly don't advise this company. They definitely will make you pay extra for something.
