Definately not coming back. Such a disappointment and inefficient treatment process.Why?First of all the only person taking care of me was the receptionist and physician's assistant who was very kind comforting me through the pain and who did a blood and urin test. The doctor was not present.Then receiving a phone call (again only from the receptionist/ physician's assistant) and I was told that the antibiotics I need, would not be available in Germany and I should therefore treat my pain with tea and warmth -Excuse me?!this call was not done by the doctor.Lucky me that i organized the needed antibiotics through a befriended doctor. Also my blood results were not discussed in detail and i found put only later that i had critical values. Again, from someone else.But that's not it. I finally received a call from the doctor in which she determined that, without even examining me upfront, that the pain can not be related to my kidney or bladder pain. SHowever, I agreed on coming back the following week for an ultrasound and guess what: the doctor was not in the office and let me wait for 40minutes before I got the news that she would not be there. Excuse me?Again, the doctor's assistant was kind and talkative but the process with this practice was super unprofessional. Can't recommend it but also cant say anthing about her treatment profession.

Sehr gute Ärztin. Keine lange Warte Zeit, wird gründlich untersucht, nimmt auch Zeit für Patientin. Voll zufrieden, kann nur empfehlen

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich ausschlißlich auf den Arzthelfer nicht die Ärztin. Er hat meine Freundin für eine Blutanalyse eingetragen, die bereits durchgeführt wurde, ohne es ihr mitzuteilen. Ebenso vergas er es Ihr mitzuteilen, dass man für diese Untersuchung nüchtern erscheienen sollte. Er war anschließend zumindest bemüht eine Lösung zu finden.

Sehr freundliche Arzthelfer/innen. Die Ärztin bemüht sich wirklich sehr. Man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben.

die Rezeptionistin und Arzthelferin sind super freundlich gewesen.Die ÄRZTIN unfreundlich! Sie lässt die Patienten über 40 Minuten warten, obwohl man als erstes dran gewesen wäre und beschwert sich in einem unfreundlichen ton darüber dass man sich keine Zeit nimmt??? NIE WIEDER

Termin abgesagt von der Praxis und nie wieder gemeldet. Hat sich für uns erledigt
