I can say that this is the best place i've ever stayed. The place is close to train station and old town. There are shop around to buy stuff and foods.

Nice rooms and very quiet. Well situated 2 feets from station and 4 feets from old center. Good restaurants near. Just if room with kitchen, need to ask pans, dishwashing products... because it's not automatically given (but it's free when needed)

Krankheits bedingt möchte man seine Reservierung 1 Woche verschieben. Und möchte das gleiche Apartment in der Kategorie buchen. Anstatt Kulanz zu zeigen und eventuell dem Gast entgegen zu kommen wird die volle Zimmer Miete als storno genommen.Super Kundenservices !Ich nenne dad gieriges Management. Auf Kulanz unter berücksichtiung der sofortigen neubuchung wären 25 bis 50 % kundenfreundlich.Reine Abzocke

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen echt übertroffen. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht in Bremen.Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

We stayed for 3 nights in an apartment on the 4th floor. When we wanted to check in, we were told to wait for around 25 minutes to the official check-in time at 2:00 pm. What a bad joke. It was only 25 minutes and the receptionist still told us to wait. How inhospitable from the hotel management to let guests wait when it’s almost check-in time. The apartment was big enough for two people but there were some very used utensils (the frying pan should just be disposed of and replaced), missing glasses and cups, visible scratches on the floor, stains on tables, outdated furniture, etc. We could also hear other guests in their rooms and we were really annoyed by insufficient noise insulation that would block street noise. So, the apartment definitely needs some serious improvement. The WiFi connection was very weak and unstable at times. We had to use our own mobile data frequently. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as there were bakeries and cafes all around the hotel. Besides, COVID-19 restrictions made it more difficult to have a good hearty breakfast at the hotel than somewhere outside. So, our experience with the hotel wasn’t good but rather poor. What a disappointment given that it’s managed by Best Western.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist okay.

Apartamentos perfectamente equipados, como una suite, donde puedes sentirte muy cómodo. Perfectamente situado, cerca de la estación central y a 5 minutos del casco histórico y zona comercial.

Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral mitten in der Stadt, aber es sind viele Penner, usw. direkt am und um das Hotel. Nichts für Frauen die alleine reisen. Auch deshalb recht laut auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Matratzen sehr hart und unbequem.Ansonsten schönes modernes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, würde ich also wieder buchen. Preis Leistung sehr gut.
