Neil Brown and his team are highly professional and very efficient. We had our wood flooring done in our flat and their job was fantastic! He helped us also with changing pipes to install a new heating radiator in a different place of the room and installing other appliances in the kitchen.Renovations can be sometimes a difficult time, but they just made it look simple and the finishing was with great attention to detail! Thanks Neil!

not so reliable company... Mr Brown came for a visit to determine the fee quote, and confirmed they could do the work and would provide fee quote in 1-2 days. Since then (almost 3 weeks) never heard back regardless of our follow up by email or by message. It gives us the feeling that the company is not interested in providing the service but at least they should have just told us instead of wasting the time.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis und kann Herrn Brown in jedem Fall empfehlen. Auch gefällt mir sein nachhaltiges Arbeiten, er findet oft Lösungen um das Vorhandene zu reparieren statt einfach neu anzuschaffen.

His is quite unreliable. My husband schedule an appointment with him and he came in 18th January to review the items and said will send a quote. It's 20th June now and yet he is to send the quote. We called him couple of times and he said he thought he sent it already and said will send again but no news till now. It's been 6 months to get a quote. I would suggest hire someone else.

Neil Brown is not dependable! My first encounter with Mr. Brown was for a quote to have a bathroom built on my third floor. Mr. Brown came out for the review and said he would schedule an appointment with Bat-C for my wife and I to choice a bath. There never was a appointment made and Mr. Brown never sent a quate. Leaving me to believe he didn't want the job.My second encounter was to move two copper pipes for my heating system in my boiler room. Mr. Brown told me it would be a week. Well, a week pasted with no response or email from Mr. Brown. I called to see if he still wanted the job. He stated, Yes

Neil Brown's outstanding skill and knowledge of all building trades meant the complete rebuilding from scratch of the first floor of our house from 1929 was completed in just the way we wanted, with ideas and suggestions along the way, and an attention to detail and good workmanship rarely seen. From a flat ceiling to a vaulted ceiling, new walls, lighting, rewiring, new plumbing, tiling, flooring, the lot. We changed our minds, added to the project, Neil took it in his stride.
