BCS did not confirm their bus availability in Berlin before request me to send my Credit Card Authorisation .After I sign the credit card authorisation to them , BCS inform me the bus is not available and Need to charge me double the price . Very poor communication and ir-responsible service.Finally i need to cut my credit card to avoid their charge.Terrible outcome.
