Resorthotel Chalet Valley Boardinghouse

Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt im Chalet Valley!Liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, sehr schöne individuell gestaltete Zimmer.Toller und sauberer Pool. Das Frühstück konnte sehr mit dem meiner Meinung nach besten Rührei überhaupt Punkten.Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Sehr sehr sonderbar aber ganz gut

It was first time in my life that I had such bad experience with hotel just because of customer service.When I was booking the room it was written that room has air conditioning and when I arrived I asked about air condition. I was laughed at by one owner that I requested about it because they don`t have it and they don`t need to have it. When I went down to the reception the wife`s owner asked me if everything is ok. I complained about lack of air conditioning and she reacted in the same manner as the owner. So I asked her why they advertise that they have air condition and she replied to me that something is wrong with me because she doesn`t feel hot.In the same hotel there was also my colleague and she told me to bring to his room invoice for the stay and I refused since I am not meeting with him. She replied to this WHY? DON`T MAKE ME ANGRY!” At that point I was literally shocked by such attitude to customer who pays 120 Euros per night.Another thing I disliked in this hotel was bottle of water next to mine bed. Normally when the bottle of water is next to bed that means it is complimentary but here it turned out it was 4 Euro for bottle and it was no information about it except that information was hidden inside the book.Walking around hotel in the night was also not easy. I wanted to go down to my car and it turned out that all the door are closed and only way was going around the hotel which was difficult because there was no light and I had to walk blindly. Forget about any help, reception most of the time is closed.Design of the room is also strange, water from shower goes into the room because there is no door in shower. Toilet also has no door so it looks like it is next to your bed.Only good thing is that room was clean.

Wunderschön jedes Zimmer ist anders. Die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr nett.Der Außenbereich ist unglaublich schön das ist mit viel Liebe gemacht.

Absolut Top. Wirklich netter Aufenthalt und ein Wahnsinn mit wieviel Details die Anlage ausgestattet ist. Jederzeit wieder.

Tolles Hotel in das ich immer wieder gerne komme. Bereits die Ankunft in dem großzügigen Außenbereich mit den vielen verspielten Ecken und Accessoires vermittelt einem sofort ein Gefühl von Urlaub und Entspannung. Jedes Zimmer ist individuell und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist überragend. Das Frühstück besticht durch ein frisch zubereitetes Rührei, das Beste das ich je hatte!

Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es gab alles, was ich für ein entspannendes Wochenende brauchte. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Perfekt ausgestattete und saubere Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume. Das Schwimmbad und eine Radtour (sehr gute Mountainbikes stehen zur Verfügung) haben die freie Zeit noch angenehmer gemacht.

Eine Übernachtung der sehr besonderen Art erwartete uns im Resorthotel Chalet Valley.Die (Themen)Zimmer sind gross und sauber, das Bad eher klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Für die vorhandenen Teebeutel gibt es leider keine Möglichkeit, sich heisses Wasser zuzubereiten. Unserer Meinung waren die 148,- Euro jedoch für das Doppelzimmer nicht gerechtfertigt.Zum Resort gehören ein schöner Garten sowie ein kleines Hallenbad mit italienischer Musik (Adriano Celentano).Zum - im Preis inkludierten - Abenteuer entwickelte sich unsere nächtliche Rückkehr. Nein, nicht wegen der anwesenden (sehr lieben und nicht aggressiven Hunde), sondern eher der lautstarken Begrüssung. Come here
