Sauberkeit setze ich heutzutage von einem Hotel oder einem Apartment in Deutschland voraus. Daher möchte ich über dieses Thema gar nicht viel sagen.Selten, dass ich in einem Apartment absolut keine Mängel entdecken konnte. Ehrlich gesagt, nachdem der erste Eindruck so überzeugend war, habe ich gar nicht weiter nach Mängel gesucht.

We stayed here for a month. When we came to room, it was very clean. I think the only person doing her job properly here is the cleaning lady. Other than that, room was modern, toilet was nice and new. Good location. These are the only good things about this place unfortunately.When we needed something they offered, they didn't provide it, ever. They didn't even answer our emails most of the time and when they did, it didn't solve anything at all. They are giving Anmeldung, however they won't give you any post box. So, you won't be able to take any of your mails. If you ask them, they say they will put your name tag on the post box, but they won't.First day, before check-in time, we came 1 hour early. They said if we want to check in early we need to pay extra. So we decided to wait one hour outside and not to pay extra. That night we realized early check-in had already been paid by my suppose's company, in case we came early. They didn't tell us anything about it and asked for more money.About room: the bed was horrible, very soft. We realized that it is not an actual bed, it is just a big sponge, worst kind! The bedsheets given are in poor condition. The kitchen that is mentioned is very poor. The frying pan they provided was in an awful condition. We had to buy a new one for ourselves and never used that one!There is no washing machine for you to use and they don't change your bedsheets and towels. You need to go to a closeby laundry place. No room cleaning is provided as well. They don't provide you any paper towels or cleaning metarial.This place could be a really nice one and has the potential. But in these conditions, I would never suggest this place to anyone, unfortunately.
