C'est mon avis, mon expérience, C'est un bric à brac à l'arrière d'un guichet où trône, c'est de circonstance, un homme qui, heureusement pour nous parle francophone. on cherché un drapeau Allemand pour attacher à nos vélo, mais trop grand, on s'est rabattu sur un petit drapeau de l'Europe. super sympa, marrant et poli. Sa boutique est une caverne d'Ali Baba qui vaut d'être visitée !

Dieses Geschäft ist in seiner Lage nämlich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Aachener Dom, und in seiner Ausstattung von Magneten, und Handgefertigten Bierkrügen in Deutschland hergestellt, sowie Schneekugeln einzigartig !!!Jeder Touri wird dort Fündig !!!

If you want a bad customer experience, go here. I wanted to buy a magnet. The magnet got thown at me over the counter. I wanted to pay with my card, then I had to listen to a complaint about how dutch people mostly want to pay with their card (just imagine having paying customers...). The magnet was nice tho, and all this made us laugh. So 2 stars...

Excellent little shop. They bent over backwards for me when I was shopping their beer stein selection. Tons of merchandise with some really neat souvenirs ideas. I ended up purchasing a stein and a stained glass landscape. Highly recommend this as a stop in Aachen. Located directly behind and facing the Cathedral. Very helpful people!
