I went in to have my oil changed by a mechanic, the line was moving slow so I rented a self-help bay ($12/hr) to do it myself. Brough own oil and filter. They provided tools and disposal.Never changed my own oil before, had watched videos and felt mostly confident.Tristan was really helpful and provided more help than I anticipated getting. Made it a very positive experience.Done in less than an hour, the vehicle I was behind for the mechanic oil change was still in line when I left.

Use of the facilities is a great convenience for DIYers (which I am not), but they have always been very fair with service costs and timely with repairs. I also rather enjoy the car wash facilities and vacuum pods.The vacs require tokens, however, but you can buy them ahead of time and use the facilities as needed.

The eight self-service bays have everything you need. Some days it is a little busy but that is to be expected because you cannot predict the length of maintenance. The oil and tire services are convenient when you do not have the time or experience to do the work yourself.

Got an oil change through their speedy lube side and it resulted €600 follow-up bill due them putting my oil plug back in wrong. They forced it back in and messed the thread. Pay the extra to get done off base or simply change your own oil in one of the bays next door. Horrible experience☹️☹️
