1) German Integration CourseIn this school I did German Integration course starting from A2.1 till B1.2. Our teacher was Tiziana - always positive, energetic, explained everything in very understandable way and had good structure to her lessons.Another teacher Manuel was also very nice and explained grammar very clear.2) B2 course - disaster course...After having positive experience with Integration course, we were shocked to get such a disappointment for B2 course, especially when you pay around 1000 euro.The teacher was not prepared to teach B2 level, the book was for Goethe exam (exercises not matching to the Telc exam), there was no structure to lessons just a lot of talking and improvising.Around 14 people signed for B2 course. After the first part 9 of them including me left. I guess now you understand why.3) AdministrationCompletely disorganised. Loads of mistakes in Names and Surnames of students, dates, invoices etc.Some of employees were nice though. But after recent accident, I have nothing else positive to say.After almost a year since we left school me and at least 3 other group mates received a call from school saying that they lost our payment and the school is doubting whether we paid or no, which is ridiculous because we were not allowed to start a course without paying the full amount! We paid for B2 course while still doing B1 course because otherwise we would not get a place (that is what school told us). And now, suddenly after a year they lost all our documents and ask us to send them proofs that we paid. Very professional! :)Just wondering, what if I buy a pair of shoes and after 1 year the shop owner will call me and say that my payment is lost and maybe I did not pay for those shoes? Is it possible? Think about it....My advice: Don't take a risk, find a better school and always read reviews!

Fantastisches, sehr freundliches Unternehmen. Super verlässliche Organisatorin meines Sprachaufenthaltes in Marseille. Drei Dinge möchte ich vor allem hervorheben: Die tolle Betreuung durch Frau Callahan, die Gutschrift, die mir über einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren gewährt wurde, und vor allem -- die Empfehlung einer fantastischen Gesprächspartnerin und Köchin - nämlich meiner Gastgeberin in Marseille, Eliane, wo ich eben auf Vermittlung des Sprachtreffs privat unterkommen konnte.

I had a very good experience at this Language School in Frankfurt. I came with a visa to study German and they helped me with all the documents that the embassy requested. I followed the intensive German course from level A1 to level B1 and today I can communicate in German without any problem. Murat (the Manager) is very friendly and he is always ready to help you with everything you need.

Very unprofessional people and they don‘t tell you the truth until you start and pay.1. I registered for in person classes, and then after they started and everyone paid they split the class in two and the teacher spent half time in our class and the other half in the other class.2. Their General manager Gesang said to me directly that they accept Integrationskurs and you can present them a Berichtigung (government paper) later so they refund you 50%, but when i did that later he Denied giving excuses.3. I needed an course attendance certificate during the course , so i had to email them 3 times call them 2 time and then visit them in person until they sent it.4. After i completed the course and asked them for a course completion certificate, they told me that i need to pass-bye the office for some signature and when i visited they said that i have remaining balance, which they never mentioned before.Very surprising that those people are like that because Germans are know for being straight forward, Honest, and professional.

Der Business Englischkurs bei Roger war fantastisch. Ich bin wieder richtig gut ins Sprechen reingekommen und konnte vor allem mein Hörverständnis sehr gut aufbessern. Es ging mit jedem Mal besser und auch die schriftlichen Trainings von E-Mail bis Bericht waren sehr hilfreich. Zu guterletzt war die Betreuung vom Team einfach toll. Jederzeit wieder! Vielen Dank an alle!

I recently attended a Bildungsurlaub at this language school and, unfortunately, I was left quite disappointed with the organization of the program. Firstly, I was not informed about the minimum number of participants required for the course (and it should not be my problem since i paid the full 2 course weeks), which led to me having to complete some hours alone, without a teacher.Additionally, I was placed in a course that was above my level. Although it was challenging and useful, it made me question whether there was even a proper Bildungsurlaub program at the school. The overall organization for the Bildungsurlaub left me feeling very dissatisfied.Moreover, in the school's document, it mentions 60 minutes of lessons, while in reality, they were 45.On a positive note, I must mention that the teacher I had was good and provided valuable instruction and was very prepared also from a grammar perspecitve. However, the lack of proper organization regarding the Bildungsurlaub program overshadowed this positive aspect. I hope the school can improve its organization for future students.

Über den Sprachtreff Frankfurt wurden mir ein zweiwöchiger Bildungsurlaub in der Sprachschule Lyon Bleu in Frankreich sowie eine Gastfamilie vermittelt. Die Kommunikation verlief anfangs etwas schleppend, aber Sprachschule und Familie waren ganz hervorragend und ich behalte diese Zeit in bester Erinnerung. Gern komme ich mal wieder auf das Angebot des Sprachtreffs Frankfurt zurück.

Ich habe als Bildungsurlaub Französisch für Anfänger besucht. Die Art und Weise wie die Lehrerin unterrichtet hat, hat mich so sehr motiviert, dass ich nach dem Bildungsurlaub, ein Abendskurs besuchen werde. Ich habe viel gelernt und viel Spaß dabei gehabt.

Von der Anmeldung bis zum Diploma" eine Runde Sache! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos

I think the course work for German is good, the teachers are constructive and helpful. I did have a similar experience with them taking payment then the course was not the correct times I needed or had been offered. They offered to either refund or re-book me for a different course. The billing seems to be un-organized as I had to Bring them proof that I had already paid. They were extremely apologetic & nice about it. It seems more a case of disorganization than anything nefarious.Sadly, I must update. THREE YEARS after completing my B1 course, they have come back to me claiming I had 11 unexcused absences and must pay for them. I provided necessary doctors notes at the time, obviously this another example of their poor book-keeping. IF this was such an issue why I am only being notified now.
