The absolute worst, if I could give this business a negative zero, I definitely would!!!! It is unfortunate that personnel stationed here are subjected to the subpar standards from this cleaners. Belongings left in the care of any cleaners, should be liable for damages! You can’t opt out of responsibility just by putting up a sign up!This company damaged my expensive blazer dress belt, they safety pinned the damaged area with the material hanging off of it and returned it to my fiancée and never said a word about it.However, once it was brought to their attention, they offered to fix the item, and ruined the item even more. No solution, no remorse, and no compensation….Utterly unacceptable and unfair treatment on a military installation to a U.S. Army Retiree and Department of the Army Civilian!
