StadtRAD Hamburg

This company is very bad, it is 5euro the year but they charge you 15euro for every 6min ride and their app will say that it has been 4 hour and not 6min. The customer service is unreachable by Phone they don't answers and it is only in german by mail they don't answers aswell. In short free this very bad service !!!
