First they tell me they dont need to come to activate the internet, so no wait needed. I signed the contract, and they said no, you have to wait for a month without internet. Now I am stuck for 4 weeks without internet and with a binding contract.Now, my internet is at 10% of the actual bandwidth, and It is since October 6th 2018, and almost 3 weeks later, there does not seem to be a solution in sight.Why?Simply because they rent the equipment and lines from Deutsche Telecom in Germany, and therefore, all installation, fixes etc, are done by Telecom and not ewe.Telecom cares about its clients more than ewe clients, so you end up on the low priority queue. I had the Telecom technician cancel on me 3 times out of the 4 times he was supposed to show up. And each time, I waited for 5 hours (I am not joking ) because he was busy with telecom clients.Call EWE, they say they can't do much, and that you have to wait again... For 5 hours, with a three out four chance the guy will not show up. So why bother, and just go for Telecom instead, at least you get bad service but with more priority.Plus, don't make my mistake and go for a 2 year contract. Try them with a 1 month contract for a while, and then decide. Believe me the 30 euros you will pay more will potential save you. it is more expensive, but you have more pressure to fix something that goes wrong. Because with a 1 month contract they are more worried about you leaving.

Mehr als einen Stern kann es für diesen Haufen von Unfähigen nicht geben . Neuen Vertrag abgeschlossen , nach Schaltungstermin hab ich nu kein Internet mehr . Der versprochene Techniker war wohl zum Termin da , ich auch , aber mit falschem Namen kann man den Kunden ja auch nich erreichen...ein Traum von Kompetenz und Service , das einzige was in diesem d....laden klappt , ist die Abbuchung vom Konto
