Rented for a month, which is a substantial amount of money and business.When returning the car, the extremely unpleasant lady with black hair and multicolored claws barks, how long is this going to take me to clean?!". She abruptly slams the keys on the desk and tells her employee to give me the vacuum because she's not "doing beaches anymore" or she will "charge me a cleaning fee".I follow her instructions like a good soldier. I clean the car for her. Check my invoice. Boom $150 cleaning fee.Shady business. Will be reported.If you want to be treated like a human and not like a worthless peice of trash solider

I wish it was possible to give a zero star review. The lady who I guess manages this place is extremely unfriendly and has zero customer service attributes. The way they charge you for the rental is borderline criminal. They were very unclear about the billing process...will absolutely never rent from Sixt again, garbage company

Always a great experience coming here. The girls are very helpful and courtesy. Jasmine will take care of you! She will make sure there is something for you with a reservation. Take care of them when returning the vehicle (cleaned and gased) and they got you! Thank you SIXT!

I have been on rotation at Grafenwoehr for almost a year and have rented from SIXT throughout my entire duration here. The staff at SIXT has consistently provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure my needs are met. They are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and highly knowledgeable in their field. Their dedication to their duties is truly commendable, as they consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Additionally, I have experienced no problems with the cars I've rented from SIXT, as they have all been well-maintained and in excellent condition.

Its always a pleasure to rent vehicles from the Graf SIXT location. The employees are always welcoming and very helpful. They are also understanding and great with last minute TDY reservations. The ladies ( Caroline and Jasmin) went above and beyond to show me where I needed to go get my gas customs form from after hours once the customs office had closed.

Don't rent your car from here. The one lady who works there is very sketchy with her practices. She knows soldiers have very few other options in renting cars and will force you to get additional insurance, despite it being optional. You'll end up paying upy o $100 more with the additional OPTIONAL insurance.

Sehr schlechter Service!Wir hatten bereits 1,5 Wochen vorher ein Auto reserviert und auch eine Bestätigung bekommen. Als wir das Auto am vereinbarten Tag abholen wollten, war dieses nicht verfügbar! Auch ein Alternativ Auto stand nicht zur Verfügung. Zudem war die Dame sehr unfreundlich und schien kein Interesse daran zu haben uns zu helfen.
