Habe seit 8 Monaten eine Vivofit 3. Plötzlichen hat Bluetooth das Gerät nicht mehr erkannt. Über die Hotline von Garnim schriftliche Fehlerbehebung erhalten aber ohne Erfolg. Zweiter Anruf bei der Hotline. Geäteaustausch wurde zugesagt, neues Gerät in Aussicht gestellt sobald sie das Alte haben. Innerhalb von 5Tagen hatte ich ein neues Gerät. Perfekte Abwicklung . Super zufrieden.

I'm so frustrated, I can't put it into words. I got Navigon for my Xperia Z3 compact. It didn't work all that great, but because I wanted a reputable navigations system, I decided to download the full whack, believing that once I buy everything, all would be good. I spent nearly EUR 110. The maps are out of date or not accurate at times. There's no panorama view for my area (Ireland). The worst thing is, that I have spent the last few days trying to find a way to contact Garmin. There doesn't seem to be anyone in Ireland to talk to. The email support" function for the UK doesn't work. At this stage I just want a refund and forget about the product. I can't tell you how disappointed and disillusioned I am."

Finger weg stellen einfach Support ei. Geschenkt ist noch zu teuer

Not worth a visit

Meine Fenix 5x ist ein toller Begleiter, bei all meinen Aktivitäten.Leider bekommt es Garmin nicht hin, oder möchte das auch erst garnicht, dass die Uhr, trotz vielfacher Software Updates, sich mit meinem ein Jahr später gekauften Smartfone verbindet (Android 9). Man bemühe sich, das in Kürze in den Griff zu bekommen. Das war im November 2018. Ihren Gewinn haben sie ja bereits gemacht. Warum also noch Service leisten?
