Ich hatte vor zwei Tagen einen fantastischen Besuch bei Sandra. Sandra war äußerst effizient und freundlich. Sie hat mir nicht nur einen perfekten Haarschnitt verpasst, sondern auch großartige Tipps gegeben, wie ich meine Haare besser pflegen kann. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt.Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen, um meine Haare erneut von ihr schneiden zu lassen. Ich kann Sandra und Hair Spring wärmstens empfehlen.Vielen Dank, dass Sie meine Wünsche so gut umgesetzt haben. Ich freue mich schon darauf, meinen nächsten Termin zu vereinbaren!

Sehr aufgestelltes, kompetentes und toll eingespieltes Team! In diesem modernen und schön eingerichteten Coiffeursalon wird man herzlichst Empfangen und gut betreut. Die kompetente Beratung und das sensationelle Ergebnis von Tanja am Schluss hat mich sehr überzeugt. Noch nie zuvor war ich so zufrieden mit meiner Haarfarbe/Schnitt. Ich werde euch jedem weiterempfehlen!

Great service and a good atmosphere. Friendly interactions with the hairdresser. I had a great experience with Sandra S. I showed her pictures of what I wanted to get. She explained to me the positives and negatives of the result of the hairstyle/haircut I wanted to get. She also explained to me how it would look with the type of hair I have. It was very helpful and considerate.

Sandra is the best!!! I appreciate how she explains everything that she is doing, why she is doing it, and makes sure you're on-board. Everyone I have interacted with on the team are great as well. A few things I enjoyed about my experience and why I will continue to go back:- Hair extensions: I arrived at their salon with extensions from a different brand and having a different stylist install them. Sandra did a great job at making sure they were removed without any damage which is important for me since I have fine hair. I also found the quality of extensions the salon uses much better than my old brand and having the option to choose wavy/curly ones made them blend better into my hair as well. The installation process by Sandra also went very smoothly and having had the extensions in for a few weeks already I can confirm my satisfaction with them has continued. :)- Customer satisfaction: They definitely went out of their way to listen to my concerns and make sure I was happy with how the extensions looked and blended with my hair. I am very happy with the final result!- Pricing: The quality of the cut, extensions, and salon experience I believe is very fair.- As a new expact in Switzerland, who doesn't know any German, communicating with Sandra and the rest of the staff in English has not been a problem. :)

The salon was very welcoming and clean! Also my hairdresser did an excellent job by cutting me a hairstyle that supports my face shape and helping me find the right products for home.

Seit 10 Jahren lasse ich mich von Denise beraten und verschönern - tolle Frau mit Einfühlungsvermögen und Professionalität. Das Team scheint gut zusammen zu arbeiten, hoffe, das bleibt so und ich werde auch die nächsten Jahre als Stammkundin zu Denise kommen!

Really good hairdresser. I always leave with a happy & satisfied feeling after cutting my hair here. I don't have such a good feeling at any other hairdresser.The service is really good, the atmosphere as well. It's pricey though.
