J’ai bénéficié de 10 séances de coaching avec Delphine et en suis ravie. Delphine vous guidera et vous aidera à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels et personnels avec empathie, clairvoyance, bienveillance, bonne humeur et efficacité. J’ai beaucoup apprécié ses conseils à la fois très pratiques et emprunts de sensibilité et d’humanité. Elle saura vous faire évoluer sur une grande palette de sujets, allant du développement personnel aux défis professionnels variés. Elle m’a donné de nombreux outils concrets que je réutilise régulièrement dans ma vie de tous les jours. Je suis incroyablement reconnaissante d’avoir croisé son chemin et je ne peux que la recommander chaudement !

Que dire de plus que les commentaires précédents? Delphine est une excellente coach, qui nous livre des outils simples et efficaces pour avancer. Elle a une énergie positive et apaisante. Elle a beaucoup à donner, valorise ses coachés, les aide à observer les situations sous un autre angle pour mieux en prendre conscience.Je recommande vivement l'investissement, il portera forcément ses fruits!

Writing a review for my coaching experience with Delphine is not an easy task. For the simple reason that this coaching has been unlike any other I have taken part in. Business coachings typically starts with a business-driven objective, whereas this coaching puts you as the centrepiece. It provides a safe and inspiring space for personal growth, and for exploring the opportunities that lies within such. The coaching style of Delphine is quite profound in a way that it works with the notion that everything starts with who you are as an individual. Who you are as an individual effectively also defines how you act and carry yourself in a professional environment. I can say that this experience has been pivotal to me as a person and certainly to my career development as well. I leave this coaching with nothing but the warmest of recommendations for Delphine, her methods and the development that this experience has introduced into both my private and professional life. So to you Delphine- thank you for helping me to grow and for the inspiration. I envy all that have yet to embark on an exciting journey with you :-)

Delphine est une coach en développement personnel très compétente !Depuis que j'ai commencé les coachings individuels avec elle, j'ai beaucoup évolué niveau personnel et professionnel.Elle adapte ses séances à chacun en fonction de la personnalité et des besoins. Elle peut aider à travailler sur un sujet plus profond (confiance en soi, émotions) aussi bien que pour préparer un évènement en particulier (entretien d'embauche, présentation).Ses coaching en groupe sont aussi très intéressants, puisqu'elle y donne des astuces pratiques pour évoluer dans d'autres sujets.Je recommande chaudement le travail de Delphine pour évoluer et travailler sur soi même.
