I choose to change the oil at this garage, for my 2005 VW Lupo, I must mention that German is not my native language probably that’s why I got screwed by this mechanic. One day before I went just to ask about an appointment and the price with my parts,he told me to come next day and it will cost one hour of labor wich is 60€ as he told me and that’s fine no problem.So went there and while he was working I have noticed that he took the oil filter out of the bag and left it on the working table, filter that I bought, at the end he asked me to pay him 50€ for @25 min work and he give me no invoice. He give me back the unused leftover oil but on my car he put an old filter and he kept my new filter. Very disappointed and lost a lot of confidence on German honesty.
