Guter, fachlicher Service. Herr Schiegel und seine Verwandten sind sehr freundlich, wenn auch etwas Wort karg (was als KFZ-Mechaniker natürlich völlig ok ist).Manchmal kann es zu Verzögerungen kommen, daher ein Stern Abzug.

I visited Bavaria from Australia in August 2022. My son-in-law loaned me his car to travel to Emsing. We experienced some engine problems while in Emsing and needed urgent repairs. Herr Schiegl (Auto Schiegl) in Titting, the neighboring village, agreed to see if he could help.I drove the car to his workshop but broke down as we entered Titting. This was after 4pm in the afternoon. Herr Schiegl came out to the car with his computer and diagnostic software and within 5 mins had identified the general nature of the problem. He needed to tow the vehicle to his workshop the following morning to do a detailed diagnosis of the problem. Again this was done quickly and efficiently.it should be noted that error messages, that had been showing up in the car, pointed Herr Schiegl to the diagnosis of the problem. These same error messages were discounted by the BMW agent that had serviced the vehicle before our trip.I highly recommend Auto Schiegl because of their professionalism, diagnostic ability, willingness to go the extra mile and their humanity. As a an added bonus Herr Schiegl speaks competent English, which is especially useful as I have no German.
