Ich würde am Telefonat sehr nett und kompetent beraten.

When I placed my first (and only ever) order with these guys I accidentally submitted the wrong file. Realizing my mistake I made sure to email support within an hour. They didn't respond for almost 2 weeks. When they finally did they were very unhelpful as they said they couldn't do anything as the file had already been printed and shipped out.They said my emails were caught by their spamfilter (email adress used was the same as the one used to place the order and sent directly to their support mail adress)I replied quickly in an attempt to resolve the issue in a civil manner with no succes.The product they did print out (the wrong model) was printed properly and is of good quality. My issue isn't with the work they deliver but just their customer service.Edit: They mailed back again (after I wrote this review) providing proof they replied minutes before I opened a Paypal complaint. I received the email after so I edited out the part blaming them for that as that's not true. The lag between sending / receiving caused that particular problem.However, they sent back an email trying to blame me for their spamfilter messing up.Again, same email as used to place the order, verified account, phonenumber and name attached etc.Edit 2: See the reply to this review. Once again they're blaming me for using a cryptic (?) mail adress. It's a totally normal Gmail account which has absolutely no problem reaching literally every other company I've ever tried to contact.
