AQUI SOLO TIENES QUE DEJAR EL VEHÍCULO SI HAS ALQUILADO EN LA AGENCIA DE ALQUILER EN FRANCIA, SI TE EQUIVOCAS DE LADO LA COMPAÑIA TE PUEDE COBRAR EL IMPORTE DE LA FIANZA POR HABER DEJADO EL COCHE EN OTRO PAIS, SI TE EQUIVOCAS POR ENTRAR Y SALIR TIENES QUE PAGAR. OJO Y ESTAR ATENTO EN QUE LADO DEBES DEJAR EL COCHE, ESTA EQUIVOCACIÓN TE PUEDE COSTAR DINERO O PERDER UN VUELO. LO DIGO POR EXPERIENCIA.

Hanno approfittato del fatto di essere l'unica agenzia noleggio aperta nell'orario in cui sono atterrato per farmi pagare il noleggio di una macchina per mezza giornata 215 EUR. Comportamento eticamente discutibile.

Ich habe ein Auto am 25.11.22 gebucht. Die Abwicklung war schnell und unkompliziert, einzig stutzig gemacht hat mich die Tatsache, dass ich eine Kaution von 2000.- SFr. hinterlegen musste.Nun gut nach Abgabe des Fahrzeugs warte ich bereits mehr als 2 Wochen auf die Rückzahlung meiner Kaution (angegeben waren 10 Tage). Telefonisch ist niemand erreichbar, Wartezeiten in der Telefonschleife von mehreren Stunden und wenn man dann mal durch kommt kann niemand einem wirklich Auskunft geben. Die Damen am Empfang waren freundlich, aber auch mehr als inkompetent, wenn es um den Bereich Schadensregulierung geht. Es heisst immer nur, wir wissen nicht woran es liegt, wir können aber gern eine Mail schreiben.Ich buche mehrmals im Jahr Mietwagen!!!!!Sixt, Europecar, Hertz nie gab es Probleme - das war das Erste und Letzte Mal, dass ich bei Enterprise gemietet habe.Ein Stern, ist meiner Meinung nach noch zu viel.

Wir haben völlig unkompliziert unseren Leihwagen bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sprechen mehrere Sprachen. Top. Auch die Rückgabe war einfach und schnell. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder nutzen.

Auto reservieren und Abholung völig problemlos. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, auch bei Verspätung des Fluges nach 23:00 Uhr. Als das Flugzeug wegen eines technischen Defektes nicht starten konnte, hat mir Mehdi sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei der Hotelsuche geholfen und bei der online Buchung eines Ersatzfluges. Dafür ein großes Dankeschön. Das ist Super Kundendienst!!! Vielen Dank Mehdi!

Before renting a car with Alamo/Enterprise: Do some research on the internet! You will find that Alamo is scaming their customers in a systematic way (there are hundreds of similar reports). Unfortunately, I'm also one their victims. I'm still trying to get my money back, but they do not even respond to my messages - I don't know what to do :(

Do not recommend. If only we had read the previous reviews! very friendly and quick service on the desk when picking up the car but have since been charged for damage that we did not do. Luckily for us we took photos and a video of the damage when we collected the car as we did a full inspection ourselves but 2 months after our trip they have just tried to bill our credit card for £2600 - disgusting. Nearly impossible to get in touch with the customer services team - just get an automatic response.

Avoid unless you want problems. Gave me the wrong car on a 76 day hire, manual instead of automatic. Promised a refund but nothing 3 months later. No way of ever contacting customer service, say fill out a form on line but they never respond to this or emails. Never ever hire a car with a damage access, they inspect the returned car with a torch and try to charge you for any scratches not shown at pick up. You have been warned by many feedbacks. Disgraceful company

The worst car rental one can imagine. Cars with a lot of damages that are not all listed in the handover protocol, inspection service overdue, rude staff that tries hard to sell additional insurance and upgrades, not able to print a rental agreement, … Not the Enterprise quality that I know from other countries.
