I felt cheated when i visited 2weeks back for professionelle Zahn Reinigung. They havent told me about additional corona hygenie costs 14€ when i made appointment or i was waiting for my appointment in the Lobby. After my teeth were cleaned i was given a paper to be signed that i agree to pay additional 14€ for Hygiene & am surprised with this kind of handling patients saying they stick a flyer in the waiting room. Who the hell reads all commercial flyers. Anything that needs a signature of a Patient should be done before Treatment but not after. Every time i went for Zahn Reinigung they said i have hidden carries between teeth & all costs will be covered by AOK as am pregnant. Now i have to question legetimacy of my experience. I lost the trust on the Praxis & unfortunately i visit them again as i havent found a new one yet closer to my place. For any information about carries they share me, there will be 3people gathering to discuss about it as if its Mafia or inexperienced.

Very friendly staff and professional services.I was pleasantly surprised by the detailed explanations offered upon request and by the positive attitude. The general air of a well-organized, efficient Praxis is only to be expected from such an experienced clinician as Frau Dr. Hoenig.If you're feeling discomfort going to the dentist, this is the place to calm your fears. I personally felt safe and well cared for, and that's saying something since I needed emergency treatment.

Très compétente et très professionnelle! Ambiance cofortable, propre , une équipe sympathique et rassurante. Après plusieurs mauvaises expériences avec des dentistes je suis ravie d'avoir enfin trouvé une équipe très compétente et professionnelle.
