Was für eine tolle Marke!!! Mich hat selten ein Label so abgeholt wie Unique Love Design <3Die Produkte sind nicht nur wuuuunderschön sondern auch von allerhöchste Qualität!I'm in love! Herzensempfehlung!!!!

Ein super schöner Laden mit tollen handgemachten, qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Man merkt, dass in der Marke viel Liebe und Herzblut steckt.

Schicker Laden für Kinderbekleidung.Aus unerklärlichen Gründen ist unser UPS-Paket dort gelandet (obwohl nicht in der Nachbarschaft wohnhaft), der Betreiber hat uns telefonisch informiert. Ehrlich und sehr freundlich.

My review is purely based on the terrible customer service I received from this company. Before making my order in January I emailed them to ask about the products I was interested in. I was advised the items were on preorder however would be available and dispatched to me within 2 weeks (by the end of January) . Therefore I placed my order mid January. The beginning of February passed and I had heard nothing so I contacted the company where I was ignored. I continued to send numerous emails and was mostly ignored. When I did receive a response I was promised my items would be dispatched within a couple of days. This happened on several occasions and then the company started to ignore all my emails. I then noticed on their social media they were posting and active everyday, even though they were ignoring my emails. I then messaged them through Instagram however was again ignored. So I then decided to post a comment on their public post and asked if someone could please respond to me. I then received a response towards the end of February where I was advised the cribs were actually handmade in Turkey and not by Unique Love Design themselves and was told they has been experiencing problems with their delivery. This was really worrying for me as I was due to go into labour any day and have my baby and I still had no crib for her to sleep, despite making my order 6 weeks prior. Over that time I had requested a refund more than once if my items had not been sent however once more I was ignored. I had expressed to this company how worried and stressed out this whole process was and I didn’t need this due to being heavily pregnant however they did not seem concerned and continued to ignore me. I then decided to send an email at the end of February to make a complaint to which I received the most unprofessional reply and was called a “testifier” by the business and they told me they did not have to do business with me, despite them taking my money 6 weeks previous to this. This was the first time I had complained and I was still very polite. I just asked whether they could honour priority delivery for me as I had already waited so long. They refused this unless I paid a further £65! When I had already paid £35 for postage. They eventually provided me with tracking details for DHL however I was then informed by DHL that they had changed the delivery company to parcel force however they had failed to inform me of this. They advised the item would arrive within 1 week as it has now been sent however I waited over 2 weeks and had to pay a further £70.45 postage fee once the items arrived in the UK. I do not like to leave negative reviews but I have honestly never experienced such bad customer service and was spoken to so badly by this company. I feel they should look after their customers more, especially when a customer is spending so much money on their items. Something that should have been a lovely experience of buying my first babies crib was made into such a stressful and upsetting experience. However this company did not appear to care.
