It's a Starbucks franchisee. No coffee of the day or oficial rewards card, just above average coffee made fresh(in my experience) and basic pastries.

I brought my coffee rewards card to the shop and bought 2 coffees with 1 to purchase" coffee space left on it. I wanted to get the second coffee fee but I was told that I was not allowed to do that. I had to take the stamp and get a second card with a new stamp and the next time I could get my free coffee with my full card.Bogus! I have been going here for morning coffees since 2016 and have often gotten the free coffee for a friend and no hassles. Suddenly there is a new rule that I cannot do get the second coffee for free. Show me the written policy. This is the second time I am argued with (don't argue with customers!) and a NEW RULE is highlighted by your staff. I am pulling the BOGUS card on this one too.. Train your staff better in customer courtesy! And get a rule book!!"

it’s always a hit or miss with customer service. have had some extremely rude staff but usually they are nice. unlike starbucks, they charge for even just one pump of syrup which is kind of strange.
