Daily downtime. Most of times it is still connected, you can access Google, Youtube and a few things, but not any app that is using internet.

Often problems with routing. For example can access Facebook, but skype is not working or other websites from Ukraine or Russia are also not working. Like now and there are no 24/7 support.

This company is totally unprofessional, they can change parameters of your service without any notice, which can cost you money and time if you are using it for work - which happened for me twice this year alone!Would not recommend if you're planning to use it reliably.

Worst provider internet which I had in my life. Already in Afrika they have better internet like from Gemini. Can't wait for end of the contact with this amatuer company.

A new week, yet another outage. If you have the option of selecting a different provider, I'd strongly recommend that.Edit: Recently Customer service has been providing top notch service, both in regards to the speed of response as well as the success rate. The issues with the network still occur, but the CS is enough for me to raise the rating a bit.

Trash company, during a year with internet problems we call the company a couple of times and they say there is no problem with the internet and doesnt even care to come and check it. I hope the end of the contract arrives soon and I can find a internet company that actually care about the customer service. PD: I dont have internet now one more time

Internet works very well WHEN IT WORKS! 5 stars!However......interruptions are frequent, ranging from a few minutes 2-3 times a week, to 1-2 hours almost every month.I usually report any outage after 10-15 minutes via facebook messenger, replies are fairly quick, but sometimes the issue is already fixed by the time there's an acknowledgement.Today 22/9/2021 again we have everything down for over 1h (internet, their website, the phone line where you could report the issues.) The reply I received that it's a server issue, no timeframe indicated. So we are stuck using hotspot on the phone...There's never a discount for any of the outages!...I would gladly change providers but neither UPC nor Orange have a cable in our area/building, I don't want a mobile internet, and other local area/district providers most probably are the same... so unfortunately we are stuck with a blinking router...

In last 6-8 months I had around 20-25 problems with internet connection. Usually they were 2-6 hours long. Today we are facing the next one - internet is not working, phone number is not answering, chat on web page is not working either. Even facebook page has no update. There is really no way to get any explanation or estimates when the connection will be back.Edit: this is how Gemini handled this problem: for hours didn't notify the clients, then they deleted last post on their facebook page with over 70 comments from their clients and pretend nothing happened.

The internet works fine when it works, but I have experienced regular, albeit short, downtimes. And now they've made the silliest decision possible — scheduled maintenance works in the night in the middle of the week, and the internet, predictably, was down till noon.I'd suggest to look elsewhere if the reliability of the connection is important.Edit: thank you for your reply, but it's thanks for nothing. I'm experiencing an outage right now, the very next day after the maintenance that supposed to fix it all. And all I hear are sorries and promises. Your maintenance works are poorly planned, your support is insufficient, and your word worth noting.Edit 2: 6h night maintenance turned out to be 36+ hours outage that affected 3 working days.
