the worst....unprofessional, very bad experience, he is not an actual lawyer,i donot think he ever won a case or he even have clientsit was a mistake going to him and never back

the worst, he asks for money every week, he try to elongate the case to get more money, i never asked him a question and he replied, he doesnot know anything, do you even have clients

Situation 1:he contacted the auslanderbehorde employeeshe lied to him and told him your mandat told us you are not his lawyeri thought he will take a strong actionafter 2 weeks, he sent me a paper to sign (vollmacht) and asked for moneyhe sent this vollmacht paper to the auslanderbehorde employeeshe lied to him again and told him donot call here again and refrain us from any emailshe didnot tell me what happened and hide (a useless lawyer)situation 2:i called him and told him the employee in the previous auslanderbehorde called the employee in my current auslanderbehorde and told her negative feedbackhe acted like he doesnot know and answered : ECHT(useless lawyer doesnot know what to do , i know that he knows but he acts the opposite because he is powerless want only to take money )situation 3 :i asked him how much time it take if we went to the court, he escaped from the answer and told me send me an email(offcourse he didnot reply for the email, he doesnot know anything)situation4:he sent for asking to apply law no. 18 for residence permit, the auslanderbehorde employee told him it is not possiblehe hide the emailwhen i called him , he told me they replied yesterday and refusedi found he doesnot know that my case is law no. 16b not 18 (residence permit can be granted if you are not finished your study in germany but have previous study qualification)situation 5:he knows my situation is critical, auslanderbehorde replied to him on monday with refusal, he didnot go to the court and he didnot tell me that they repliedhe hide the email as usual , doesnot know what to do next , dishonest, (then he sent asking for money that is all what he care)Situation 6:after about 7 months of paying money and zero return (auslanderbehorde and embassy donot reply to his emails tell him donot call here again or send him automatic reply), he sent asking for money , i didnot pay , the following week i received refusal (he is not aware of anything )i told him go to the court, he refusedlater he said i am ready to make an appeal to the employee if you pay me 250 euro... he took 350 before , he wants to take other 250 and when the employee refuse the appeal he will ask for 500 euro to go to the courta mixture of non qualified, non honest , poor value,he is not a lawer he is scammerhe is always hidding to avoid questions and revealing his ignorance, then he will send asking for money then hide again

Allen Dank und Anerkennung für Ihre Bemühungen. Vor 6 Monaten bekam meine Frau eine Absage von der deutschen Botschaft in Beirut und sie ging zu dem angesehenen Herrn Stefan Güntzel. Ich habe die Unterlagen abgegeben und dann meine Frau um eine Vollmacht gebeten, danach ist alles in Ordnung.. Gestern habe ich eine E-Mail bekommen, in der Pässe zur Beantragung eines Visums zugeschickt wurden. Allen Dank, Wertschätzung und Respekt an Herrn Stefan Güntzel
