Studentenwohnheim Alte Fabrik

I love this dorm.I used to live here for my 6-month exchange semester. The price was good, pretty in the budget.The location is super greatttt. It's close to the city center and the university, both in walkable distance. Right next to it are the supermarkets, apothekes, post office, restaurant, etc. After moving to another city, I found that it is really hard to find a place with this great location.I shared the house with 10 other students, 5 on each floor, and we created a great bond together. I only need to share the bathroom with another student.My living experience there was great, but minus 1 star because when I (and every single one I know) moved out, we all got our deposit money deducted. Even though I cleaned my room and the common area like crazy before moving out, the hausmeister still found some reasons to deduct the money from us. Which is crazy and unfair. The hausmeister was also not friendly, and refused to speak English, while this dorm is for international students.

Schöne Wohnanlage. Sehr zentrale Lage.

Sehr gut restaurierte, preisgekrönte Wohnanlage, in zentrumsnaher Lage. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, das Preisniveau sehr moderat und ein fußläufig gelegenes Einkaufszentrum rundet das Ganze ab. Und der Hausmeister ist in der Tat eine Spitzenbesetzung ;-).

Gute Wohnanlage, uni- und zentrumnah, hilfsbereiter Hausmeister. Empfehlenswert!
