Lernstudio Barbarossa Dortmund-Hombruch

It was the worst experience ever. I'vesigned a contract for 12 months, but they I've tried to charge me until now 13 months. I signed on the 02th of June, 2022, to start with them at the beginning of the month. They lied to me, saying that if I signed in that moment, that month would be the first month , and we need it to start on the 13th because the first Monday, the 06th was holiday and the building will be closed, but hey I would have a discount, so of course I signed, they explained this to me in English, because the contract was in German, and I'm searching to learn German, so of course I was not able to read it, I just trust them. I paid for 12 months, but now they say that I need to pay an extra month because we started not at the beginning of the month, so that month doesn't count, and all of that was in the back of the contract, how can I probe that they lied to me?? I can't! because what at the end counts, it is the paper and no my words. If they would have explain that, but for real, that if I signed in that moment, the next month will be the first month and not that one, I would have ask for another appointment at the end of that month for start for sure completely 12 months without a problem.Another problem that I have, they didn't offer me 3 weeks in a row classes, because they didn't have a teacher, but for them that was my problem, of course!. I've paid a full month with just one class of the four per month.And the last problem that I have, they ask me in the beginning, when I sign the contract, if another situation like the Corona appears, If i have problems in doing on-line clases, of course I said that I didn't have problem in that situation, as an alternative for not loosing time and clases, but at the end they completely change my presencial classes to just on-line because they didn't have teachers (because they quit often, I wonder why).I didn't have any problem with the professors but with the studio just headache.I totally do not recommend this place.Don't trust what they say before signing the contract, take the paper to a person who speaks german and can translate well for you, because they will look just for your signature.

Die wollten damals für ein Sprachkurs ca 4000€ haben.

Selten so eine schlechte Nachhilfe gesehen... habe mich für die Mathenachhilfe angemeldet und hatte dann insgesamt 12 Doppelstunden ( doppelstunde = 90min) und habe um die 1000€ bezahlt! Der Lehrer kam immer zu spät, hatte keine Materialien dabei, alles wurde aus meinem Buch gemacht, obwohl wir im Schulunterricht schon mit diesem Buch die Aufgaben berechnet haben. Während ich versucht habe zu rechnen, hat er sich immer mit etwas anderem beschäftigt wie beispielsweise am Handy oder Laptop tippen, anstatt die Aufgaben mit mir gemeinsam durchzusprechen.... Stochastik war wohl auch nicht so sein Thema und konnte dementsprechend kaum erklären. Mein Rat an alle: nehmt euch lieber private Nachhilfe, nicht in diesem Studio... die geben sich keine Mühe. Ich wollte eigentlich auch die Unterrichtsstunden am Morgen absolvieren, aber der Lehrer konnte erst am Nachmittag... hallo? Ich bezahle 1000€ und ich kann noch nicht mal bestimmen, wann ich Unterricht haben will. Sehr unverschämt und reinste Abzocke, hat mich auf das Abi auch nicht wirklich vorbereitet! Devise: Lasst die Finger davon !
