Ich habe mein Auto sehr lange bei Europcar geliehen. Ich habe selten einen so guten Service und nettes, witziges und hilfsbereites Personal erlebt. Danke Christian und Team!

TERRIBLE con artists. I love National and have used them many….many times. I had a trip of a lifetime to Germany and was delighted to see there was a National Rental Car. We showed up right on time and was greeted with limited inventory and normally that wouldn’t bother me but then we were forced to pay extra for snow tires (that we didn’t want or need) in September. This is not my main complaint though. Unfortunately we were introduced to the local speed cameras and did receive a speeding ticket. This was promptly delivered by National to us over a month after the citation was issued. So long, that it was past the citation date and we were forced to pay a late penalty on top of the speeding ticket. Then National has the audacity to charge us $60 in service fees for the electronic delivery of the ticket a month after they received them. They have now harassed me over the $60 service charge. I know it is not their fault we had a speeding ticket but for them to delivery them so slowly; after charging us extra for snow tires we didn’t want or need is pathetic. I will reiterate I’ve used national all over the USA and world and this is the only bad experience I’ve ever had.

I tried to call the rental car office but they wouldn’t answer. I placed multiple calls over their open hours could not get through. All that the National customer service could do was give me the same number I was already trying. I was trying to make a modification to the rental so I could return the car to a different location. I can’t get in touch with the rental car center at all. If I had an emergency or something I have no way to reach them. I literally have to drive the car back there to get ahold of them. This is nuts!

Great auto choice for the money. Was a little confusing finding the location since the counter was staffed by Enterprise but rental went smoothly. A little hard to find the correct floor and a usable elevator in the garage but not their fault. Had to return the car 3 hours after my expected return time but was able to do it with a call and extra day at current rates added on. Still very pleased with National Car Rental to get the same service I've received in multiple locations throughout the world.

The cool guy a the counter was smart, fast and helpful. Thanks my friend see you on our next trip.

The office is easy to locate and the staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the GPS of the car was terrible and luckily I had google maps to guide me.

I rented a standard car at National, but my car was not ready when I arrived. The sales rep, Salim G., gave me immediately an upgrade to the next class and provided excellent customer service.After three days, my rental car had some unusual issues with the cruise control and I went back to the rental location. Here Salim G. Was available and immediately offered help and provided me another rental option without any annoying paper work. I am a business professional with a very tight schedule and I really appreciate people, who make my life easier when unforeseen things happen. Salim, you a great in what you do and I am definitely switching my company from Hertz over to National!

When we arrived at the check in desk we were met by Christoph with a big smile and explained everything very professionally directing us to where our very clean and tidy car. He also advised us on possible tolls should we venture into Austria Switzerland etc and what to do. This all helped in putting our minds at rest as we had never rented from Avis before. But will definitely do so in future based on our experience here

Normally you read all these terrible comments about all rental companies, so naturally I was quite stressed out when I had to rent. No worries - it was all good - super quick service at the airport picking up the car (friday around 15:00); they didn't try to upsell me on anything; I was given an almost brand new car , which even had apple car system (although I didn't book and didn't pay for the nav). The return was just as flawless, 3 minutes total (monday 8 am).
