Gästehaus Kaiserpassage

Anonyme Stimmung, Sauberkeit komplette Katastrophe... Am nächsten Morgen war die Hälfte der Toiletten unbenutzbar und auch das Frauen only WC/Dusche versifft. Habe mich sehr unwohl und unsicher gefühlt. Das einzig Gute an dem Hostel ist die zentrale Lage. Am liebsten hätte ich mein Geld zurück.

Für junge Menschen, dienlichst viel Zeit dort verbringen, absolut machbar.Ich war 3 Nächte dort. Die Frauen in meinem Zimmer waren total nett und rücksichtsvoll. Auch das Badezimmer, Women only, war vollkommen okay. Man kann bei so vielen Menschen schlecht klinische Sauberkeit erwarten.Die Türen sind alle per PIN gesichert.Ein Punkt, für den das Gästehaus aber absolut nichts kann, ist der Eingang.Als ich abends auf das Zimmer wollte musste ich mich durch die Besucher des Außenbereichs der Shisha-Bar im Erdgeschoss schlängeln. Das Treppenhaus riecht stark nach Rauch und die Fahrstühle sind etwas gruslig.In der Küche kann man das Geschirr und den Kühlschrank mitbenutzen und die Außenterrasse ist auch nett.Etwas enttäuschend fand ich, dass ich auch nach telefonischer Anmeldung nicht vor 15 Uhr einchecken konnte. Aber auch das hat sich entspannt lösen lassen.Auf dem Flur sind große Schließfächer und auch im Zimmer sind welche für Koffer und sonstiges.Ein großer Pluspunkt war das freundliche Personal und die Tatsache, dass man Bar vor Ort zahlen konnte.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und war recht bemüht.Jedoch lässt die Sauberkeit der Bäder, der Küche und der Zimmer sehr zu wünschen übrig. Für diesen Preis fast schon eine Zumutung. Die Toilettenbürsten gab es wohl zu Eröffnung und wurden seither anscheinend nie wieder gewechselt. Die Bäder sehen so aus, als ob sie das letzte mal vor der Pandemie gereinigt worden wären. Das vermittelt gerade zu diesen Zeiten kein wirklich sicheres Gefühl. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, beim TV funktionieren gerade einmal 2 Sender. Und vor meinem Fenster hat sich ein Taubenpärchen eingenistet und es sich gemütlich gemacht, sodass nicht einmal richtig gelüftet werden konnte, da alles verkotet war... Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

I do NOT recommend this place. First of all, I was fooled when booking my room. I was using Booking.com's „toilet” filter selected as a facility, thinking that it would only show me rooms that have a private toilet, not any kind of toilet (is there any accommodation that does not have this „feature” at all?). So I selected this place that also didn't mention that toilets and showers are shared not even in the room name, as customary.The aforementioned toilets and showers were dirty.The other co-guests were pretty shady and not nice to interact with so I felt unsafe overall.Having booked a private room for myself, I had a lot of space but I absolutely did not get the experience I was expecting for the money.My room had a direct exit to the terrace which was nice but the door's glass was too thin and I could prominently hear all the chatter of the other guests outside.The WiFi did not reach out to my room, it was completely unusable both on my phone and laptop. A stronger WiFi network was available but the password provided by the reception did not work for it, so for my whole stay I had to use mobile against my roaming data cap.I would absolutely avoid this place, there are better places with private rooms and bathrooms at the same pricepoint. This place offers a low-cost hostel experience no matter what tier of room you choose.

Das ist für einen Wochenende oder für einen kleinen Urlaub sehr schön, es ist ein paar Meter vom Zentrum entfernt, mann kann dort selbst kochen wenn man möchte, ich fand es super schön, die Frau am Empfang war sehr freundlich, nur gibt es mit dem Probleme mit dem WLAN und die Fernsehen Programme, die dusche und Toilette sind im Gang für alle hatte aber keine Probleme damit föhne gibt es auch

In den Zimmern Wurde sehr lange nicht mehr sauber gemacht, die vorhandene Ausstattung war kaputt, Sauberkeit der Toiletten und der Duschen war unterirdisch schlecht. Man kann davor nur warnen.

Shady neighborhood (even though it’s in the city centre) and shady people in the hostel (mostly single older men). After an lucky first time we couldn’t open the bathroom for women wich meant we had to shower in the communal bathroom, were the showers have no lock. With the shady people staying, me and my friend were really uncomfortable with that. The room was warm but the sunblind was down (only at our room we saw later?) so we couldn’t let in some fresh air. For this price, a def no from us.

I had one of the worst hotel/guesthouse/hostel experiences at this place.After arriving at the location(which is a very shady area) and found it super difficult to find the entry to the hotel and could not enter because I had no door key code or anything, some guest opened for me and I got in. Once in, at 10am in the morning, I found the reception CLOSED. This is unacceptable.The toilets are not clean and one shower had a broken and damaged glass door. Weird people in the accomodation also.It’s also very pricey for all of this so I do not recommend. However, the rooms were quite nice with each bed having its own cupboard which can be locked and for this , it gets a 2 star rating and not one.

Clean, beds already made, fair price! The receptionist was very friendly and the option to check in late (any time) is perfect if you’re on the go! It’s basically inside the (beautiful) city centre with options to park nearby. Would recommend 100%!

Schlechter Service!!!! Meine Freunde und ich haben vorab abgeklärt, dass unsere Anreise sehr sehr früh sein wird, wir bekamen eine Bestätigung, dass das einchecken vollkommen okay sei, standen dann in den frühen Morgenstunden vor einer geschlossenen Tür.Dazu kommt noch das recht unfreundliche Personal, keinerlei Freundlichkeit sowie keinerlei Geduld bei der Abreise.
