Waited in excess of one hour to pick up vehicle even though I made an online reservation. After finally receiving the keys to the vehicle I drove off. A few moments later a multiple lights came on the dash stating that the vehicle needed both ad—Blue (a diesel additive), an oil change, and had low tire pressure.Upon returning the vehicle I had to wait nearly 1.5 hours to get refunded the ad-blue; I had to purchase this or the vehicle would self-govern the speed.The ‘will return’ sign at this location is constantly posted. This rental location abuses the local military community because they know they have a captive audience.Go elsewhere like Euopcar. Horrible service.

Be careful while booking the car from these locations. Common residents are not allowed to go and pick the Car here. While booking the Car, no information, no warning provided. When you go there to pick the car, you wont be allowed to go inside, because this is a US military area. Unfortunately car company wont help you at that moment !
